Székelykáposzta also known as "cabbage stew à la Székely" or "Székely goulash" is a distinctive dish in Hungarian and Eastern European cuisine. Contrary to its name, it does not originate from the Székely people, and traditional Transylvanian cuisine does not recognize it.
